We have a NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE policy, which means ALL SALES ARE FINAL after purchasing your items.

Please refer to the details under each product, to order correct sizing.

If there are any questions or issues with your order, you can contact us at jdoleexclusives@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting, will automatically be denied.

If there is a high demand of orders, please allow us at least 1-2 weeks to get orders sent out. Also, if an item is on back order, you will receive your item before anyone else does. You can always contact us for any question at jdoleexclusives@gmail.com


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
